Although it still does not have an on / off switch it gets the job finished for barbecuing virtually everything. The oblong shape is superb because unlike my old griddle the lid does not go too high so it does not need a large amount of overhead space. Merely a great barbecuing machine. I adore my new George Foreman GRP4 griddle with the removable plates! I have griddled porkchops, burgers, chicken apple sausages, made griddled cheese sandwiches, and so on.

Clean-up is a breeze! I’m only hand-washing this item in order not to darken the plates or risk chipping or scratching to the outside of the griddle plates. Just leave the griddle open to chill it off after griddling your food, take away the plates, and position in hot sudsy water to soak for one or two minutes and then wash, wash, and re-assemble.

I used to have the bigger George Foreman griddle and I loved it, used it all of the time. The teflon started to flake off so I threw it out and purchased this one. The littler size is fine for me and I like the removable plates as it makes clean-up even simpler but I do have one complaint. Occasionally I will not get the top plate secured back onto the device and it’s going to be half falling off while I am cooking. Haven’t worked out the trick yet to make it stay all of the time if there’s one.

Apart from that I adore the griddle! This is the best tiny griddle. I had to replace my old George Foreman and this was an ideal replacement. I particularly love the removable plates, it makes cleaning such a breeze. I suggest this product.

A good grill for the lazy!!

I acquired this griddle when I was senior in varsity. I regret not getting it when I used to be a sophomore. ( when I moved out of dorms ) The chicken this device deliver is fantastic. Whether its chicken drumsticks, torpedos, tenders, you say it. I attempted cooking meat patties, and some inexpensive steak I brought and they also work well. They oil draining device is ideal for carnivores that are endeavoring to eat a bit fitter ( ha ha ).

The nicest thing about the item is how it’s possible for you to you beef within the griddle and just come back infrequently to check on it. Unlike pan frying chicken, where you’ve got to consistently stare at the half cook chicken and rip your hair out. Nonetheless when I claimed the item is for the lazy folks, it is not always correct. You can’t be TOO LAZY when it comes down to cleaning up the griddle.

The product is great, as it has detachable griddles. You can take off the bottom and the pinnacle of the griddle and clean them separately. What I typically do is that I clean them when they’re warm or still hot. I find the griddle to be simplest to clean when they just finish cooking, where the beef are still detached from the griddle and an easy wipe with water and scrubber will get most grease out.

If the griddle has been left all alone for some time after cooking, it is better to use hot / hot water to wash them. It is harder than washing them shortly after cooking, but come on, this is the lazy folks griddle.
